Acceptable Stay but Several Issues Noticed

The location was really convenient. It helped getting around a lot.
I was really frustrated with the phone in the room. It wasn't working, and the staff told me it was unusable anyway, despite it being there! It just felt misleading and pointless, a complete waste.

The location was very convenient. The hotel is near public transportation and a good neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a vast selection to satisfy everyone's tastes (I especially liked the pastries).
The air conditioning was not working well in the room I stayed in.
